1. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.1 Introduction and Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern and regulate your access to and use of the SKYBIT website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing, browsing, or otherwise using the Services, you acknowledge and agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to abide by these Terms, you are hereby advised to refrain from accessing or using the Services.

1.2 Scope – Drone Components
SKYBIT is engaged in the business of supplying and distributing electronic components, including  but  not  limited  to  power  distribution  boards,  flight  controllers,  digital  video transmitters (DVTs), ELRS modules, and other associated hardware. These Terms shall govern all purchases, transactions, and related dealings pertaining to such components.

1.3 Use License
SKYBIT  grants  you  a  limited,  non-exclusive  license  to  access  our  Services  for  lawful purposes. You agree not to:
•  Reproduce, duplicate, copy, or resell components without authorization
•  Circumvent security measures or access restricted areas
•  Engage in price manipulation, scalping, or artificial supply disruption
•  Distribute malware or harmful code
•  Misuse component data for unlicensed manufacturing 

1.4 Account Registration and Responsibility
You shall be responsible for providing complete, accurate, and up-to-date information at the time of account registration, and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to promptly notify SKYBIT of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. SKYBIT reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be in violation of these Terms.

1.5 Product Information and Compliance
SKYBIT  provides  datasheets,  specifications,  and  other  technical  documentation  for  all components offered. Purchasers shall bear sole responsibility for assessing and confirming the  suitability  of  any  component  for  their  intended  use,  including  but not limited to:
• Compliance with ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) handling protocols;
• Adherence to prescribed storage and environmental conditions;
•Verification  of  conformity  with  applicable  RoHS/REACH  regulations;
• Ensuring that the intended end-use is lawful and permissible under applicable laws and regulations.
SKYBIT makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the fitness or suitability of any component for a particular purpose or application.

1.6 Order Acceptance and Fulfillment
Orders shall be deemed non-cancellable once confirmed, except in cases of (i) defects duly notified to SKYBIT within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery, or (ii) product unavailability. Issuance of an order confirmation shall not constitute a guarantee of product availability. All  delivery  and  fulfillment  timelines  provided  by  SKYBIT  are  estimates  only,  and SKYBIT  shall  bear no  liability  for  any  delays  arising  from  circumstances  beyond its reasonable control.

1.7 Pricing and Payment
Prices are exclusive of GST/VAT and shipping. Payment accepted via card, bank transfer, or  UPI.  Invoices  issued  post-shipment.  SKYBIT  uses  industry-standard  encryption  for payment security. 

1.8 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, SKYBIT shall have no liability 
whatsoever for any  indirect,  incidental,  special,  exemplary,  punitive,  or consequential damages, including without limitation any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business, or business interruption, and no compensation or payment of any nature shall be payable for such claims or incidents.
Without prejudice to the foregoing, and to the extent any liability is mandatorily imposed by applicable law, SKYBIT’s total cumulative liability, whether arising under contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or otherwise, shall be strictly limited to the amount actually paid by you to SKYBIT for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim, if any.

1.9 Disclaimer of Warranties
The  Services  are  provided  on  an  “as  is”  and  “as  available”  basis.  SKYBIT  makes  no representations or warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but  not  limited  to  warranties  of  uninterrupted  operation,  error-free  performance, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. No warranty is provided beyond the manufacturer’s specifications for any component or product.

1.10 Indemnification
You  agree  to  indemnify,  defend,  and  hold  harmless  SKYBIT,  its  affiliates,  officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with (i) your use of the Services, (ii) your breach of these Terms, or (iii) your violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

1.11 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located only in Pune, India.
